On this page you will find the most frequently asked questions about ordering and receiving our products.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by adding the product(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping basket and proceeding to checkout via our payment page. You will then receive a confirmation email from us and your order will be delivered according to our delivery times.

Will I get a tracking code?

No, as we deliver the orders ourselves, we do not use tracking codes. You will receive an order confirmation from us and a confirmation when your order has been delivered to the recipient.

The product I want to order is not in your web shop, what should I do?

Please do not hesitate to contact us. Our contact details can be found in the "Contact Us" section at the bottom of the site. Some of this information is also listed at the bottom of this page.

Do the prices on the website include VAT?

Yes, the items listed in the web shop include VAT.

Can I change my order(s) at a later date?

In some cases this is possible, but to be sure it is best to contact us by telephone as soon as possible.

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery and handling charge for delivery within the Netherlands is €6.95 including VAT.

What are the delivery times for orders?

If you place your order before 14:00, it will be delivered the same day. We deliver bouquets (including gifts) six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays (except for special days and special orders).

What if I am not at home when the order is delivered?

If the recipient is not at home, we will first try to deliver the order to a neighbour. You will receive a notice in your letterbox. If the neighbours are also out, the order will be delivered at another time.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Of course, your details will be kept confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.

Can I have a bouquet or other item delivered to the hospital.

Of course, but don't forget to mention the department and room number.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email when you place your order.

Does the statutory warranty apply?

The statutory guarantee applies to all our products. The freshness guarantee we offer does not affect the statutory guarantee. As the seller, we are responsible for the quality of our products. The products must meet your reasonable expectations as a customer.

Can I exercise my right of cancellation?

Our flowers and some plants are excluded from the right of cancellation as they are perishable goods with a limited shelf life. For all other products, such as stuffed animals and vases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us in a clear and unambiguous manner (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or email) that you wish to cancel the contract. For example, you can send an email to info@amsterdamflowers.nl quoting your order number and stating that you wish to return the product. You can also use the sample cancellation form at the bottom of the page, but you are not obliged to do so. You will be refunded the amount of your purchase, including the cost of the return postage, as soon as possible (no later than 14 days after you have returned the goods or notified us that you wish to return them). However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If we have not received the return within 14 days, we will wait to refund you until we have received the item or you can prove that it has been returned. We may charge you if you have done more than was necessary to assess the product.
