Right of withdrawal
Our flowers and some plants are excluded from the right of cancellation as they are fresh products with a limited shelf life. For all other products, such as stuffed animals and vases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your cancellation in a clear and unambiguous manner (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). For example, you can send an email to info@amsterdamflowers.nl stating your order number and that you wish to return the product. You can also use the sample form at the bottom of the page, but you are not obliged to do so. Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, including the cost of return postage, as soon as possible (no later than 14 days after you return the goods or notify us of your intention to return them). However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If we have not received the return within 14 days, we will delay the refund until we have received the item or you can prove that it has been returned. We may charge you a restocking fee if you have done more than was necessary to evaluate the product.
